We provide 3 or 5 year maintenance on parts and service.

Support Hours – 0900-1800 Hours from Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.

  • Off-hours Support — By special request
  • Response Time – 2-4 hrs (SG, KL – Zone 1 & 2)

Software Support

 

Primary support is provided via email, telephone, and remote access channels.

The general support provided by ServTouch Solutions Support is as follows
